Randy Matthews has a long-running history with several key service providers in Oil and Gas with over 14 years of industry experience in developing markets for various forms of Artificial Lift Systems, specializing in well design and customer retention. Prior to working with Bluefin, he held multiple leadership roles such as Vice President of HBM Capillary and U.S. Business Development Manager for Weatherford Artificial Lift Systems where he focused on Liquid Loading and Reciprocating Rod Lift Systems to help customers deal with their daily issues and lower their daily lifting cost.
Mr. Matthews is also a member of various artificial lift and SPE groups teaching and understanding artificial lift issues across the United States.
