PDI Cooks 2,500 Bowls of Jambalaya for St. Jude Walk
A few pictures from this past Saturday at the St. Jude Walk in Baton Rouge. We cooked 8 – 20 gallon pots of Jambalaya and only had a 2-gallon zip lock bag left over at the end of event. We served roughly 2,500 bowls.
The half day event raised over $450k directly for St. Jude.
