Online Course: Fundamentals of Multiphase Flow
This online course gives an overview of multiphase flow, how multiphase flow is different from two phase flow, the importance of understanding multiphase flow and the factors that influence multiphase flow.
Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to understand the need to learn the basics of multiphase flow, find whether or not the pipeline is expected to have two phase or multiphase flow based on available production data and understand the problems associated with multiphase flow that need to be mitigated/remediated.
Why Attend
To understand the fundamentals of multiphase flow
To identify the nature of flow based on available production data
To predict the risks that could be associated with the multiphase flow
Learning Level
Intermediate level courses require some background knowledge of the subject. Engineers that have had some experience with this subject may benefit from this type of course.
Course Length
2 Hours
Upon Completion of this Course
Participants will be able to understand the basics of single-phase fluid flow in pipes and the key components such as gravity and friction.
