Product Description
BlueFin Model A Test Units are designed for high pressure with high flow capabilities to flush and test umbilicals, subsea components, production and completion equipment and tools.
The double acting, dual piston pump is rated for 20,000 psi and can generate a fill rate of up to 5 gallons per minute. Each Pressure Test Unit (PTU) contains 2 separate pump systems built with stainless steel wetted parts and special seals. The unit can be used for pumping oil, water or oil/water mixtures, and harsh chemicals. Complete fluid circuit isolation between each pump, in each unit allows for 2 different fluids to be pumped simultaneously. Pumps can be configured in series on discharge circuit to increase flow.
Each PTU contains (2) two separate pump systems. Air driven pumps are explosion proof and safe for hazardous areas. Each pump utilizes a 20” Pall corp. 5-micron filter on the suction side to aide in fluid cleanliness.
