Product Description
Installation of capillary tubing, TEC, and ESP cable used to increase well productivity requires specialized equipment. BlueFin’s Multi-Line Services (MLS) trailer units provide reliable and cost-efficient equipment to provide these services.
Each unit has the required equipment to support the installation of chemical injection systems, downhole reservoir monitoring, and ESP systems.
The design of the unit allows the safe deployment of “high value” systems so that installations are done correctly the first time, ensuring the viability of the system for extended periods of use.

Single spool units designed for either capillary tubing or TEC
Dual spool units designed for both any combination of capillary tubing and or TEC
Single ESP units and dual ESP and capillary/TEC units
Assembled and loaded to be completely self-sufficient
Back in, rig up, install, rig down and pull away
SSU-D Diesel Hydraulic Spooling Unit
Job box complete with air tools for line securement to production string, hand tools, and consumables
Diesel-powered air compressor to run air banding or protector clamping tools
Certified aluminum sheave wheel for proper control line installation
Chemical injection system for filling and testing control lines
