Mr. Savala is a proven industry leader with more than 15 years of completions service experience. With a successful tenure in designing, building, deploying and managing all facets of completion projects—domestically and internationally—his professional experiences are earmarked from field supervision and product line development manager to operations manager and Vice President. This combination of knowledge and experience provides Mr. Savala with a grounded skill for managing projects, employees and customer relationships with dignified expectations.
From a leadership perspective, Mr. Savala operates at the intersection where passion meets competency. His desire to listen and learn is relevant in today’s ever-changing oil and gas industry where leadership roles demand sharp instinct and strong humility. Mr. Savala’s current responsibilities include creating and managing department structure, employee and P&L management, research and development for new products and technologies, and potential geographic expansions. Mr. Savala is a graduate of McCullough High School in Texas and is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
