Mrs. Yoes began her career in energy with Weatherford in 2006 as an entry-level field engineer within the pipeline services group. In this role, she was introduced to pipeline and process projects in the Gulf of Mexico market, with a specific focus on Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning. Through her experience at Weatherford, Ms. Blanchard developed a strong recognition for technical capability and problem-solving.
Upon completing a merger into the Baker Hughes corporation, Ms. Blanchard’s “can do” attitude became her professional brand. With a loyal client base and dedicated field team, she continued personal expansion of her subject matter expertise in the fields relating to nitrogen/helium leak testing, subsea and topside hydrostatic pressure assessments, systems purging, and subsea dewatering, to name a few.
